Her diverse experience spans industries such as Digital Payments, Retail, and Telecommunications, where she has successfully led teams and managed projects of varying scale. Mugilini has contributed to renowned organizations like Accenture, Cognizant, and Avrioc Technologies, playing a pivotal role in implementing Agile methodologies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions.

Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Avrioc Technologies in Abu Dhabi, Mugilini leads the development of Comera Pay, a UAE-based digital payments wallet application. She excels in facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding product backlogs, and ensuring seamless collaboration between product owners and stakeholders.
