René Vohlert Rasmussen

René comes from an educational background in marketing, management and corporate communication and has for a number of years been roaming around the Danish startup scene in various Product Developer, Product Owner and mentoring capacities before coming to Dubai.

René has been involved with product development and ownership at every level — from research and design sprints for conceptualisation and prototyping, participating in highly technical solution design and developer workshops to on-boarding users at every company level in using software solutions across domains such as recruiting, project management, data science and high-volume customer support — all in work contexts permeated by the full spirit of Agile and Scrum.

At Careem, René is continuing along the same vein in a role somewhere between product development, program ownership, stakeholder management and scrum master — all in a highly agile environment with a constant influx of feedback and input from stakeholders across the organisation.
